No, we never have and never will test any of our products on animals.

Q. What does Small Batch Manufacturing mean?

All our products are made in small batches, allowing for fresher made products, sustainable consumption & controlled batch sizes.

While we’re trying every day to be more sustainable as a company, one promise we can make to you is the lack of single use products in our portfolio. Be in makeup wipes, sheet masks, exfoliating pads, etc.

  • At Harkoi, this means we not only take you through our entire ingredient lists but also take the time to go over functionalities of each of the ingredients & on some occasions sourcing as well.

All of our products are manufactured in India.

All of our products are developed by experienced cosmetic formulators who have worked for years on Indian skin.

  • Harkoi believes in taking you behind the scenes in the development brainstorming sessions of our products. We go over 3 important aspects of product development with you,
  • The Why Questions, helps us define the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) & UVP (Unique Viable Proposition).
  • The Functions, help us in selecting active ingredient medleys for each product.
  • UX (User Experience) of Product – helps us in defining how we will integrate various Colors, Textures, Fragrances & Delivery Systems.

Q. What is a D2C brand mean?

A D2C brand is one that controls the entire supply chain. For Harkoi, it means we manufacture our own products & distribute them through our personal networks & channels only. We might partner with a retailer or a store for short term special circumstances, & in those instances, you can find details on our social media. Never buy a Harkoi product not sold directly by us.

  • Currently, Harkoi doesn’t offer returns on its products.
